We had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were amazing - we felt like we were staying at a fancy mansion. The cleanliness of this hotel is unparalleled, with free toiletries provided. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach and popular tourist strip. The fast wifi, complimentary coffee, tea, and cold water, pool table and TV.

The manager, Boni, went above and beyond to make me feel better when I was sick. Breakfast served in bed, welcoming atmosphere, spacious and comfortable room with aircon, helpful staff.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cool towel, making us feel relaxed after our long journey. The luxurious amenities and modern design of the room made us feel like we were staying in an exclusive high-end hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met including providing complimentary toiletries, towels and fast Wi-Fi. The location was also convenient, being walking distance to tourist areas.

There was only one minor issue when we arrived, which was the noise level coming from outside of the hotel. However, this was quickly resolved with the sound-proofed windows that effectively blocked the noise.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city center and all the tourist spots were within walking distance. The hotel offered free coffee and tea which was a nice touch, as well as fast WIFI, and free toiletries. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The common area was relaxing, and it was great to have access to a pool table.

The hostel lacked an elevator. Thus, it was quite exhausting to climb the stairs to the top floors to reach our room.

Had a decent pool table and free tea and coffee available for guests. Also in a prime location close to the touristy areas, which made walking around pretty easy. the staff, although somewhat helpful, didn’t really make an effort to make the stay any better.

Despite the great location, the hostel didn’t live up to expectations. the rooms felt crammed, and the mosquitoes were unbearable, no nets were provided.

Our family of 4 with 2 small kids had a great time staying at this cozy and convenient hotel located near the beach with a great selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds were equipped with complementary towels and toiletries, plus free coffee, tea, and water. We also enjoyed the pool table, TV, and lovely common area. The helpful staff arranged a taxi transfer to the airport at a competitive rate, making our stay hassle-free.

There was some mosquito in the area, which is a common issue in coastal cities.
